Access Bars is a gentle hands-on modality that was introduced by Gary Douglas in the early 1990's. The Bars ® are 32 unique points on the head that correlate to different areas and aspects of life. During an Access Bars session, a practitioner gently touches these points to release the electromagnetic charge of all thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions, and beliefs that may have limited you in the concerned life areas.

Reiki
With light touch, usually no more than the weight of a nickel, the practitioner will gently place her hands on multiple locations on the client’s body. Many of the selected hand locations correspond to centers of energy known as chakras. Often the practitioner’s hands are a few inches above the client, assessing the energy field surrounding the body. It’s not uncommon for warmth, tingling, and/or movement to be experienced during a session as the client draws what is needed. An immediate positive response by clients is almost always expressed. A decrease or elimination of pain is common. Individuals who were previously feeling anxious or stressed often report a high level of relaxation and sense of well-being. In fact, many clients fall asleep during a treatment! While many benefits are immediately evident, the positive shifts in your rebalanced body may be experienced for days or even weeks afterwards.
